Useful TIPS sa NEW Applicant

Dahil sa Nag resign ako sa trabaho ko as a Callboy (Call center Boy)... naghahanap ako ng work ngayon.. and I think it would be useful to share some information on effective application ethics and tips according to my experience. (^___^)

1. Have a not only "Good" but "excellent" Resume.

walang tatalo sa magandang resume.. kung ayaw mong maging pambalot ng tinapa ang resume mo. wag masyado makulay dahil hindi coloring page ang resume. at hindi magandang photoshop ang picture kung modelling at flight attendant ang inaapplyan mo.

2. Dress properly. always dress to impress.

dress to kill ika nga. always think na when you look professional you'll act professional. ang sagwa naman na mag aaply ka tapos naka sandals or sneakers ka di ba? interviewers check your attire as well. and i do think that has high points for you to be hired.

3. Be Always On time.

pag sinabing 8am.. be there at least 30minutes before but not an hour ahead. and never be late. that would have abig impact on your application lalo na kung scheduled ka for interview.

4. Smile.

My secret weapon on interviews.. lalo na pag hindi mo masyado maintindihan at alam yung tanong. ang technique: smile muna... habang naka smile mag formulate na ng sagot.. and then saka ka sumagot. at least you look good before you give out your blastful answer. pero please... wag ka lang mag smile at hidni sumagot... dahil siguradong iiyak ka paglabas mo ng kompanya.

5. Bring Music or a Book.

recommended to pag hospitals or clinic interview ka... dahil mostly sobrang tagal ng waiting time mo... mamatay ka sa bagot.. kaya kesa isiping mong mag back out sa pag aapply, magdala ka ng Ipod, Mp3, your fave book. para hindi ka mainip.. saka pampawala ng anxiety

6. Always think and act Positive.

Interviewers would see if your not confident. kaya dapat laging project to the max ka.. kahit tinanong ka na ng tanong na "what is nanotechnology and how it can improve the globalization and improvement of the state of living in most depressed area of the world?". tapos laging positive ang sagot.. kahit tanungin ka na what are your weaknesses... merong mga sgot na weakness nga pero positive ang effect. tulad ng pagiging perfectionist, workaholic, intricate and so forth.

7. Know what You are applying for.

once, i was asked.." so your applying for a Clinic nurse.. and secondary positon being a patient relation officer.. do you know what a patient relation officer is?" patay. nilagay ko lang kasi yun dahil kelangan ng secodary option.. eh wala na akong idea dahil clinic nurse lang talaga ako interesado. kaya always know your job,.

8.Always expect the unexpected.

you will never know what would be asked of you pagdating sa interview. maski sa exams. kaya laways come prepared and with enough back up plans. and surely you'll get the position in no time.
